Because it’s fun! The community is fun, the team is fun and the projects are great. Having fun while you learn and work; that’s the best!
What cool projects have you worked on at [companyname]?: 
One cool project was a "laughter therapy" event in Central Madrid. 150 users got together (with clown noses, t-shirts and balloons) and were given a class (by professional ‘laughter therapy’ teachers) to learn how to face the current economic crisis. It was a blast!
What are your goals at [companyname] - what are you working to achieve?: 
Keep learning and keep improving…
What is your favorite benefit about working at [companyname]?: 
Being able to work with a group of amazingly talented people and be able to share experiences and learn from everyone.
What has been the most amazing experience you've had at [companyname] thus far?: 
Team meeting at 3:00 am on a Monday night when we were about to launch eBay Anuncios, eBay Coches and eBay Pisos. It was a totally “team-building” experience.
What has been the biggest surprise about working at [companyname]?: 
The amount of work we actually accomplish, being such a small team!
